- Monday–Friday: 9:00–18:00
- Saturday: 10:00–14:00
A visit does not require prior appointment. A qualified technician is always available on site, who will provide a free estimate of the repair and provide expert advice.
Free estimate in the service within 15 minutes applies to:
- Replacement of the matrix, battery, keyboard, disk, power socket, fan and other components in the laptop.
- Repair of the housing, hinges in the laptop
- Cooling System Maintenance
- Any visible mechanical faults.
Diagnosing more complex faults
For more difficult problems, such as a damaged motherboard, a short circuit, or a laptop that does not respond when turned on, detailed diagnostics may be necessary. The technician will inform you about its course and costs.
Diagnostics are free if you decide to repair.
We often provide an initial cost of repairing complex faults during the first consultation, and the final price is confirmed after the diagnosis is completed.

How long does the equipment repair service take?
Depending on the type of fault, e.g. replacing a standard matrix that we have in stock, we will replace it within 1-2 hours. In the case of other repairs, the customer will be informed individually. Most often, the repair of equipment in our service takes 1-5 business days.
Can a laptop repair be done “immediately”?
Yes, in many cases the repair can be done “immediately”(1 business day) after visiting our service with the laptop, consulting with a technician, estimating the repair and determining the necessary parts to repair the laptop.
- If individually ordered parts are required for the repair, there is no need to leave the laptop in the service while waiting for delivery.
- In such a case, we agree with the customer on a specific repair date after receiving the necessary components.
This minimizes the time during which the equipment is not in your use.
